Carlos Wilson

CEO & FOUNDER

Carlos Wilson founded CLW Cable Construction in 1993. He has worked in the communication industry for 35 years and been a pioneer in the field. He continues to be at the fore front of industry innovation ever since. Carlos has been constructing and maintaining communication infrastructure for clients in the USA and internationally. As the owner of CLW Cable Construction, He is very proud of the company that he built and operate on a daily basis.  I have tackled jobs that others thought were impossible, yet we came in and completed them with diligence and precision.  I look for new opportunities where I can grow and develop my organization to continue to work with professionalism for our clients.

Danial Grunwell

Director of Field Operations

Dynamic Project Manager with over 39 years in International Telecommunications construction of fiber, coax, and copper networks in both Aerial and Underground. A strategic professional experienced in managing complex projects from concept to completion. Disciplines include Project Management, Mapping, Make-Ready, and Construction. Dan has specialized in training, Having developed and run in-house construction training schools for linemen apprentices, and general laborers with focus on safety. He is an OSHA Trainer, certified in traffic control.

David Giesy

Director of Engineering and Business Development

He has been in the business for 49 years He has held several key leadership positions in the telecommunications industry. During his tenure, he managed numerous functions for various Fortune 100 communications companies, including engineering & construction departments, system & network maintenance groups. He also participated in major disaster recovery teams. Additionally, he has led planning and analytics that provided an out of the box approach to various opportunities within an organization & job site. This work has covered all 50 states and 35 countries.

CLW has an outstanding reputation in the industry for new-build, rebuild and upgrade projects in Fiber optic systems cable television systems as well as telephone construction projects. In those 30 plus years of telecommunication construction we have seen technical specifications evolve and we have adjusted our methods of construction to meet and exceed those requirements. The core of our company is a large team of veteran constructors using an excellent, well maintained fleet of equipment. We meet customer demands and deadlines by following tried and true construction methods and systems. CLW has been , constructing, and maintaining the telecommunication infrastructure in both North America and the Caribbean ever since.
